Our Apple Tree

An apple tree in our orchard was blown over by a winter storm. We let it lay there, knowing it could do no harm. Early the spring blossoms started to appear-- then one windy day the blossoms started to disappear. We knew the roots were not deep enough to keep hold blossoms there: so too it is with life. We must have our roots planted deep to have the security we can keep-- our lives are full of blossoms whose fragrance we love to share and by doing this-- it is our way to show others that we really care.
