Osculating Dreams

the last threads of darkness
stream across the horizon
through trails of a fading moon

i stand on its edge
allured in the shadows
of ocean's mist
spiraling in thoughts
i blush with dawn
aloft in the current
my dreams of you
touching back
as the waves
embrace my soul
