Oscars 2020

Skies are sort of like people:
One can label them with the
same general nomenclature;
describe them all using basic,
prime colors while overlooking
the subtle hues of imagination--

I have always been more attracted
by what was just around the corner,
nearly in sight—like silk clinging
to a woman’s body, seeming naked
yet underexposed. Too often we
reveal more than is necessary--
way too much for anyone to keep
caring….

From one Dinosaur to another)) Movies are gone off the cliff. The Oscars, the height of vulgarity in a cheap, night club. Watched The Third Man on TCM... Whoa such artistry. Worse, the Oscarss are now a political football. Hollywood in most movies, divinely LEFT...destroying the Right. Gees, that's too sad. Panagiota xx

You said it! With a few exceptions, what a load of lowlife garbage they produce. Joe xx

Interesting poem... Is this about how actresses dress at the Oscars?

More about how they don't dress. It's not about nudity. Both I and my wife are artists. It's about, to my eyes, seeming cheap and vulgar. But what do I know. I'm a dinosaur. I miss the days of Grace Kelly, etc.. It has been a long time since I went to see a move...I just don't like the product they put out.
