Open the Box of Cake

P-ouring rain and cold chill L-eave the event on Saturday; A-llowing the sun to come, R-ising toward the skyway. I-n twenty-fourth December, D-arkness turns into a beacon; E-vening shadows disappear, L-eaving the ray above the horizon. F-riday fog and haze fade, E-arly light brightens your birth; D-awn has just broken, E-ver fresh morn causes mirth. R-eceiving not the gift I-s making a big mistake; C-elebrate the occasion, O-pen the box of cake.
