Only Ray
As the sunrises casting shadows
Magenta against gray
In only a few minutes there's change
The color just doesn't stay
Then a bright apricot sunrise
Changes the clouds from gray
Now a lavender tone chills spring
As young green leaves display
Change continues as the roosters
crow, will clouds win today?
Only time will tell the outcome
Morn's sun might be only ray
