Only One Cat
Only one cat, and that’s under protest said Lee.
But his wife was sneaky and sneaked in three.
Pretty soon they were all surrounding him in his chair.
He looked at his wife and rolled his eyes, without a care.
Now he’s the daddy of six cats his wife told her mother.
He brought home two yesterday, a sister and brother.
He seems to love them now, her mother said quietly.
That was the plan all along agreed her daughter, Sneaky.
