One Grey Hair
I saw the concern on your face
as you climbed into bed last night.
And I felt your tensive embrace
when you snuggled up extra tight.
You seem sadder;
what's the matter?
You found one grey hair out of place,
which you silently plucked from sight.
You feel time's increasing its pace;
but don't be worried; it's alright.
I love your grey;
let them all stay!
