Example for my contest!

over the moon way up high only one in the sky wonder'd why pass'd me by stoned my face a tilted sigh it was early in the morning when dawn began to rise drifting by way up high this cloud had caught my eyes the lone one in the sky cover'd and pass'd the moon never saw anymore until the time struck afternoon

I enjoyed seeing your example, Charlie. We can create any rhyming pattern we want, right? This will be fun to try.

I was just noticing a few words did not rhyme with any other, but this will be fun to try to rhyme every word somehow!

Hey, Charles! I, too love dawn. A cool poem with great imagery! Unique, not piles of descriptive words! I get bored silly. You have the right poetic touch for me! I will try to read you more often.)) You have pages and pages of poems like I do. No need to write everyday.poets can look at our older poetry, don’t you think? Be your best! Hugs, Panagiota xxx

Hey Pangie! Yeah, I've been on and off writing for some time now. So happy my poetry touches you in the right ways...awesome to hear! I always try my best when I do anything...my father always told me "If you're going to do something- do it right! Great to hear you have recovered nicely. Hugs Charlie xoxo
