Once Near Did Disappear
Once Near Did Disappear
Someone in our lives are sure to miss;
No longer kiss experiencing loneliness;
You have gone and are here no more;
Only quiet exists behind closed door.
My crying eyes are with weeping tears,
Knowing that your twilight slowly nears;
From here on earth now have moved on;
And you still miss me since I am gone.
Happiness exists here for a short while,
Always knowing toy would never beguile;
You told me the truth while in a light rain
While I did sing such a soft, sweet refrain.
Thank you God for him being here and near,
And to heaven on high he would disappear;
Both my lonely arms outstretched they are;
Your soul shall stay in heaven away so far.
