Notes About The Poem

ON THE CATWALK

ON THE CATWALK ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Once was squirrel named Suzy, quite stunning who strutted the catwalk with cunning. The felines clapped and sighed, she strutted with head held high. True fashionista Suzy’s becoming. Down the catwalk, she twirled with great flair, wiggles furry derriere with no cares. “Oh La La!” Your outfit’s so chic. It’s got to my number one pick! Your coat and white boats are haute couture.” With a twirl and a wink, Suzy did pose, while the felines cheered her chic little clothes. "Fashion is my game, And I’ll stake my claim, “I’m quite the fashionista, everyone knows!”

As cute as a button is suzy - She struts around alike a floozy - Suzy knows her stuff - As a squirrel does - She's hoping to star in a movie…… Beryl
