“My dance on life’s stage, is not to just to prance, But to create beauty, to raise human consciousness, For what good is life, without a balanced, ethical dance!” And for heavens sake, save me from the Pretense to be a poetry know it all. By destroying not reading the greats, And disparaging their works, save me Lord, from such a pathetic, poetic fall. Then It takes at least ten years of study To be a soul poet of moving note . That means one who knows forms and and an extensive vocabulary Not one of a second grader who writes by rote. 3/25/2024 Poem 1

Poetry has limits if on a ste!I really do mean censorship ……that is unnecessary . If you’re writing your own book, you could write what you want in it and not be censored. I don’t think I’m terrific in poetry at all!I like realistic poetry and its not accetabke here. That calls for a publication of a book of my poetry. Go where no man dares to …go that’s what I want To write about. And a quiet place where you’re not judged fot by comments, I can see the point of having one mentor to judge your poetry, but not thousands of I think comments are simply an eye for an eye,,That’s the fact.. even though I’ve been writing for five years so what? i like the variety of thought between the stanzas; yet still about creation and doing, not just blindly following for false respect. Love the last line about the 2nd grader-your zingers are one of a kind!

Part 2. I knew this would go over the head of people not because the words are difficult, because I don’t use giant words to impress anybody.. but you have to be at a higher level of consciousness to understand this poem..which you are. It’s quite beautiful. I read it again.. sure not everyone will think so. I don’t take poetry as a joke book or reading about pretty puppies in the snow.. I tried to reach a more mature audience. And you seem to understand me well, not everyone does. so thank you for being who you are! I can expect honestly from you all the time.. I know you can see into my soul. And for that, I am ever grateful.Pangie xx

Davis, i always know that you are not making a comment just for the sake of making a comment. I can tell what those look like and th9se are useless to the poet and chew reader. I called those, an eye for an eye comment. And furthermore, what is the point? They say nothing. Or the race car comments with a few words as possible . They are the sound of tikling glass, nothing ,ordglass nothing more.. you are not at any of those categories. , I value relationships here, not empty comments.
