On a Road With No Blame

On a road with no blame, paths familiar to all- Yet to long gone form the mind not to navigate without caution. I stroll, with heart of a lamb. My stride reflects the grace of my Lord's creations. It were rare that I be so honored. Though, in this bliss...tinged subtle gray; the grounding which balances my existence- Acknowledging this plane. Past lovers drift in the peripheral, parallel, and a direction opposite of my own. Paused in thought, not in motion. Lips agape, breathless, reluctant. Or, rather unwise. It'd be an investment without gains. Dry eyes draped with content. On a road that holds no blame.
