Ollyver My Gem - Trois Par Huit Form

Eskimo sweet pet I came to know - small hyper-active dog, snowy white. He lay to sleep by my feet on my bed at night. Loyal and loving, though not bright! Times with him could not be happier! I miss my "gem" of fur, Ollyver.

so you don't know what happened to Ollyver? wherever he is , I hope he is well and at least he was lucky enough to have been taken care by you--10 years that is a long time...& that trois par huit of mine was inspired by my chocolate craving heehee not necessarily the business (it's more of a hobby these days)--maybe I'll try to come up with something about truffles soon!

What a unique spelling for your gem, Ollyver--was he your only dog? And thanks for the tip, I think I'll change mine from free-verse to rhyme--haha that does make sense!

My experience with my own doggies...the dumber they are, the more loving they are!! So be glad Ollyver is not too bright!! Bet he's a real gem for sure!! :) Love this!

They're even cuter when they're "not bright," Andrea. I can see why you'd miss such a sweet, furry friend. Love your poem! Carolyn
