Great skill to bring out, these wonderful Haiku, way under the maximum syllable count. Yes i too love old doors.

I love Haiku. It says so much with so little. I also love Chinese proverbs for the same reason. Thanks for your comments

Thanks, John. I love old doors, wrinkled and warped. Neruda wrote a nice poem about them. I can't remember the poem but it had "the soul emerges" that I thought was beautiful. Good to hear from you! Hugs.
