The truth of the art; for art is only art for its truth. May that truth be fact, fiction or falsehood. What is memorable, the thing we can't reach and fully touch, but recognize as art--is always truth. Great writing, Connie! Another 7 for sure.

I enter another world through art. Through all the arts, music ballet,painting, sculpture and of course poetry and prose. There is so much to be learned by studying art and it goes hand-in-hand with history. Thank you for your visit Joe. Your words always inspire me. : )

Oh, I have not seen this before and simply love what you have written about how I feel, how did you know? You have captured that which I have not been able to, not in such a succinct, effective and truly poetical manner as you did. I want to embroider the words and hang them up. I do not know quite what it is...And I have to confess that I am rather at a loss to put it into words...But there is something completely impalpable about this poem...I just cannot explain it - How very peculiar!
