An excellent prayer to start the New Year my, dearest Dorian. Certain it is the Good Lord take care of us all but still he requires from us to do our part! A seven from me!

Oh this is very good. you didn't have to rhyme the form, it sets up unreasonable expectations - but you managed with the first half. If I remember right, this is called a mirror nonet. Top marks. Have a great year.

Yes I know I didnt have to rhyme any part of the reversed nonet but just did it first to challenge myself and secondly to have a bit of fun with it.
