Oh, Canada
A lovely, senior named Ruth,
Was told to don ugly goggles,
forsooth!
By Canadian powers that be,
Which frightened the good
country's citizenry.
She wore bifocals hobbling to the store.
Ruth, was smacked in her backside, by the front door.
By a hurried youth, sporting foggy goggles and a missing tooth!
Thus, both souls, ended up broken-legged on the floor!

Poet wrote this awhile back, but only posted today.
Not aware if goggles still required!
