Obedience

Lord, how thankful I am knowing that I can totally trust You with my past, present and my future. I know that it is Your desire to have me walk in obedience. I ask, Lord that You reach down into my very soul and give me enough strength and grace to walk in Your will. As I search Your Holy word, I have learned more and more how to walk by Your side. How wonderful it is to be able to feel a great joy in my life and a deep peace and to feel the amazing power of Your love for me each and every day. My heart is so overwhelmed when I try to imagine what it will be like when I am there with You and experience that wonderful, deep relationship with my precious Lord and savior. Oh Lord, please help me to know what I must do to please You, for I know that my obedience to You shows that I know You and truly love You. It is so clear to me that my obedience to You is the very key to my own personal happiness and for Your blessing on my life. Precious Lord, I thank you for teaching me to obey You here on earth, for then I will have learned to obey You when I am called home to heaven.
