This haiku says more than meets the eye at first glance, Probir...I like it! My cousin was a nun and she worked for many years in India looking after orphaned children. Regards // paul

Thanks and regards Paul. Obviously the word nuns is a subjective metaphor. I have never read such use before. Of course I haven't read much either. Looking at the emerging morning, nuns stepped in my perception and the camera took them in...

Such a nice vision, Probir. I went to Catholic schools through grade and part of high school in a very beautiful country setting, and I did see scenes like this, especially in those days when they wore habits. These days, most dress in regular clothes, at least here. I enjoyed your Haiku. Sandra
