Not Sure What I'M Good For
You said the time was wrong,
that it was me all along,
but nothing is for sure...
when you’re addicted to allure-
So now I’ve written you this song,
not sure what I’m good for-
....anymore.
CHORUS
When we set this fire with intense desire,
your sweet embrace when you’d gently trace-
Oh baby, I’m always tired…
and you’re always wired-
Said you just craved your space
so when you lock the door,
baby, lock with grace,
cuz’ I’m just not sure what I’m good for-
...anymore.
I said to you the day was black,
my blame blew right off the track,
but I know one thing is right,
gotta' give up this fight-
You can’t take sorrow back...
not sure what I’m good for-
....anymore.
CHORUS
When we set this fire with intense desire,
your sweet embrace when you’d gently trace-
Oh baby, I’m always tired…
and you’re always wired-
Said you just craved your space
so when you lock the door,
baby, lock with grace,
cuz’ I’m just not sure what I’m good for-
...anymore.
