Not So Broken
If you would have met me at a different point in my life,
I would have believed every single word that you threw at me to be true
But you see,
the me that stood before you,
although still finding my strengths,
had already polished up her own weakness'.
I told you I have come very far from where I once was,
but still have a tremendous amount of growth.
I am by no means any better than who I meet,
I am merely better because of who I meet.
You set me apart as if I was such a horrible person.
I can take that,
fold it gently and embrace every intricate detail...
