Me thinks Hillbilly Vance is too highfalutin' A big corporate crack pot? Yeah, yer darn tootin' Gimme Jed Clampet any day Jethro, Granny or Ellie May Not a hack for a huckster who praises Vlad Putin!

Makes me ornery and stirs up my hornets nest, cuzin, hillbilly yarn aint all an elegy like Vance writes about. We are all full of vim and vinegar with wonderful stories. Thx Anaya, best Robert

I watched the movie before he was in office. He made much of himself with the support of his grandma and wife. I get it…he’s not your hillbilly. Me, I’m all for the American dream, why so many come here, and am a proud veteran of the US Navy. Hugs

Then again, Vance became a politician --- the last refuge of scoundrels... Then again, again: I'm someone who's held his nose voting for Reagan, George H.W. Bush, and many other 'fine men.' Once you're a politician, you've agreed to compromise every value you may have held. Why, I know very religious Orthodox Jews who have walked in Gay Pride parades in Chicago and New York -- against everything they believe in. C'est la vie.
