Not Gruel

A pot of stew.
Made with meat.
Meat and more meat.
I am hungry.

What is for dinner, mother?

I see Debs going on and on about meat eaters. What the heck were animals put on earth for if not to eat them? (except out pets of course!!) I am not a huge meat eater but I do love my RED MEAT!

It was just a funny poem to write. I love silly. The picture in my head was a kid, but also a troll... lol? Hugs. Ann

how sad to be a tasty fish, a chicken or a mother cow - for even those with mother's hearts, wind up in the chow, the omnivore kills with articles of war, disregarding mother love, merely keeping score --- though I do eat meat, truly I wish I was raised a vegetarian & I try my best not to eat other mammals though I am convinced all God's creations value their lives..Light & Love Always

"meat and more meat" - this made me smile for my husband loves ground beef, and steak. Beef. Steak. Steak. Beef. I am so sick of this stuff I could scream. "meat and more meat" - exactly!

I wrote it for the cooking poem contest... hehe... just having a crazy moment float by, in time to be captured and virtually expressed for tomorrows soup! (or in this case cooking contest) hehe... Ann
