No Title, Yet - 43

To you, my friend, whom I've known now for several years, I send you these thoughts as this year comes to an end. Your sense of humor, at first, filled me with fear, But I soon figured out that you thought of me as a friend. Your sarcasm and wit is just how you mess with others, But it's never given with any malice or harm. Soon after meeting your brother and your mother, I realized that it must just be the Perelka charm. But seriously, Rob, I know that you have a big heart. I've seen it with my own eyes time and time again. In the lives of the kids that you help, you are a big part. They will remember you with fondness as a close friend. You have character beyond what most can measure. I know that you're a good man, with every part of my soul. You've given me friendship that I will always treasure. Knowing you only pushes me closer to my goals.
