Nine Lines

NINE LINES Your recovery is important. Let me show you how to have a better life. Celebrate Recovery is designed for people who suffer from addictive behavior. It is Christ Centered, based on the Beatitudes in chapter five of Matthew. It covers a gamut of addiction, including, but not limited to drugs and alcohol. We begin with a praise and worship session with music provided by local bands. This is followed by small group meetings. Sharing is encouraged, but not required You indicated that you want to leave the past in the past and begin a new life. That is possible by a profession of faith and believing in Jesus Christ as Lord. We meet Monday night at 6:30 at First Baptist. Great write Curtis, I commend you on both this well written poem and for your generous help with Celebrate Recovery. My brother has been going to AA meetings for 15 years. It's people like you that probably saved his life. Thanks my dear friend...Charlie PS: He has been a speaker for the past 10 years as well.

Charlie, I appreciate your valuable support and the bond of friendship established between us. I view my work with Celebrate Recovery as paying it forward since I tell others how they too can have what I have. I will soon have a program established at our local VA Medical Center to provide the same opportunity to our Veterans.

Thanks, Tom! I have been associated with Celebrate Recovery for 10 years and watched lots of people turn their life around. It is a humbling experience to have played a role in their recovery.
