A ghoul with an axe took a swing at me I couldn’t move I was tied to a tree Sweating profusely I let off a scream Then woke with a jolt ‘twas only a dream. Written 24.03.2019 For writing challenge 5, March 2019 Four lines poetry contest. Sponsored by Dear Heart.

I too had such nightmares ! On waking up, the thought that after all it was just a dream makes us feel so relieved.....! Perfect Tom.

Well the worst one I had was it was a blazing hot day and I went into the bar for cold beer and they'd sold out, I woke up shaking lol.

Thank goodness it was only a dream, Tom, but some dreams are so very vivid that they take their toll on us! Have to be careful what to eat before going to bed! Regards // paul
