Nightfall

Like a raspberry sorbet tranquility is dripping onto my little valley. In twilight’s cooling flavor birds twitter and leaves whisper. I savor the pleasantness of nightfall's sweet dessert. I know I read this, but must have gotten interrupted before I could comment. Very sweet commentary on the last moments of daylight. Love the raspberry sorbet metaphor. How do you keep coming up with new ones? Amazing. Congratulations on your wonderful win for this.

Also I was on my deck writing this. Just like yesterday. I came up with four little poems in less than an hour. I wish I had a natural talent with haiku. It would be so fun to be able to write haiku all day long!!

I feel very blessed that I came up with one that I am pleased with. This one in particular. It did not take me long to do and unlike the way I feel 50% of the time after writing, I was very satisfied with this one. Thanks for the compliment. I am being really inspired by yalto and other short forms lately. Other ones, not so much!!!
