New Scenes

As the day is filled with ominous gray And snow keeps falling, with more on the way It is hard not to get the old winter blues So positive activities, it is time to choose While waiting for winter to say goodbye Give way to flowers and bright blue sky Another fire is made to keep warm in the cold Strong winds are on the way tonight I am told There’s not much space for snow anymore With feet piled everywhere, outside the door Time for strong endurance to plod on through The reach blooming scenes, where all is new Heidi Sands 2/24/19
