Never stop laughing; Laughter is a sanity Savor, laugh daily. When you stop laughing, The heart begins to slowly Die an empty death.

Agreed. All of us, adult or child, needs this. We all have lows sometimes and some get stuck in our heads. Laughter is an angel lifting us up. I don't mean laughing at the expense of another! Which is really popular right now. That's as far from funny as one can get. Panagiota

I know a child who could not stand laughtr. Too many hurts during moments of it. She used to punch other children in the stomach for laughing; not sure why this poem reminded me of that. But until that moment I had always felt this way about laughter too.

I've laughed so hard and long at times that I'd not only end up in tears but, agonizing pain too and still kept laughing. They say that it's healthy; I sure hope so because it can hurt. Thanks.
