Never See You Again
Chilled days and crimson ways-
I brought forth fragility into
your helpless ways-
I shed tears of remorse since
the day you left in vain,
now you remain in grave,
and my sanity has gone insane.
Suicidal temptation filled
your heart with strange fire,
as you lifted up your sleeves
and drown in death’s desire.
Contemplation without
alleviation gave me a severe
scar that won’t heal,
and now I am too broken
and mangled to even want to feel.
Forgiveness no more-
Forevermore my soul washed to shore-
A tide has engulfed my redemption,
veins bleeding in apprehension.
Contingency with consistency
was born the day you chose to death,
and I lay here and wonder the exact
moment of your last breath.
No mountain too steep,
no reverie too deep,
I can no longer sleep,
but your bracelet I shall keep.
Free me from the chains I have
been an enabler from hell,
I watched you decline as on your
knees you always fell.
Need me once more,
I bleed in remorse,
you landed on the floor,
and took your life….
of course.
Your credentials for leaving
was as high as a constellation,
and your beautiful creation,
was wasted from temptation.
Oh, Lord save me from this
condemnation.
A mighty Red-Tailed Hawk soars
freely above the sky,
I think of you and your love of
birds and I start to cry.
Forever is too long to never see
you again-
I'll be strong,
you'll be my song,
as I lost my sister…
my best friend.
