I also will never forget, what a shock it was- i recall being heavily pregnant then and turning on the TV and not believing what i was seeing. my immediate reaction was ' perhaps it is the end of the world', shocking!

Right?! It felt like that! My daughter was also “heavily” pregnant when she heard the news.

Kim, a touching piece that captures the grief we all share of 9/11/01. The deep sadness for those children who never got to know their father or mother, uncle or aunt, or other family member, and all they have to hold on to is the tribute; the flag, the taps, the tears. Blessings, Paulette

I'll never forget watching that on TV, couldn't believe it was really happening. That day our world changed forever. God rest all the poor souls that died and all the emergency teams who lost their lives helping others. Tom

I know what you mean, Tom! We didn’t have texting at that time either. Just what was unfolding on our tvs. My mom called me and screamed as the first tower fell.
