Neighbours
NEIGHBOURS
By the shores of schitsoprenia by the hulk Dementia prime
Lived a lad and a lady who fought and argued all the time
Curses vitriolic rattled down the street
Another neighbour flogged his drums ,
a ponsie background beat
By the slamming of the doors, did his mother mind
Or was she just retreating to quieter space and time
And the clouds of smoke do billow
And she’s coughing puffin sweet
Dementia is her master
And a neighbours dogs on heat
Don Johnson
Neighbours hey? I put their wheelie bins out
