Need Me Once More
Carry me away to distant shores so that
we may become one again without restriction.
Need me once more like you did before,
with less woe and much more conviction.
For you have been my light in the ebon night-
my blindness has been saved by love’s sight.
Free me with ease and fall onto your knees
as if you praise our adoration and affection.
Savor each kiss embraced in love’s abyss
as we carry on with hope in our connection.
For you have been my saving grace with amour-
o, need me once more like you did before.
Leave me not when my messy mind is unkind
in ways I wish not to admit nor confess.
Acknowledge my sweetness in completeness,
and we shall always perpetually caress.
Feed me when I starve for your propensity-
need me once more with passion's intensity.
