Nature's Winter

Autumn and the birds left real fast,                                 Autumn's time had past.                                               Winter will bring in a huge contrast,                               the winds will make the weather forecast. The land is now covered in pretty white snow,                 it has a diamond's shinny glow.                                       On the streets one needs to go slow,                               by air even slow goes the old crow. The bears winter in a cave,                                         no food they will crave.                                                 They are waiting for a heat wave,                                   springtime will make them again brave.
