Now, that the sun is shining; I can hear my heart denying; Longing for the love Longing for the girl, marigold I am told That The Goldenrod and Easter Lilly; They both along with marigold think that I’m rather silly, silly; When the thunder rears up above my head And the lightening rambles, flashes, flashing striking at my feet I fall on my knees, fall down on my knees A proposal to Sol the sun for his rays I thank God for each and everyone And I thank you for the moon for her night light shining so bright; I am so thank full for the tide at the beach; Swimming on the waters; Nature Animals that follow Nature The means honey from flowers fro the bee’s Nature And when nature calls I’ll be there; To protect my love from the elements, And also from unwanted love affair And when nature calls I’ll be there; Oh, shower her with rain golden rain whether blows when I’m around you seem not to care; I’ll cover your hair, I’ll be there When nature calls I’ll be here; Sun, suns shinning on my face; Girl, I’ve found this heaven here in this place this space; Where flowers grows up to the sun; And the leaves on branches blooms on the trees, just begun A proposal to Sol the sun for his rays I thank God for each and everyone And I thank you for the moon for her night light shining so bright; I am so thank full for the tide at the beach; Swimming on the waters; Nature Animals that follow Nature The means honey from flowers from the bee’s Nature And when nature calls I’ll be there; 9/22/1970 Written words by James Edward Lee 1970, 2019©
