MYSTERY SHOEBOX

This old house is a mystery,
it is filled with lots of history.
It needs to be cleaned out,
now what are we going to talk about?
Let's go to the big closet,
mom made this her big bank deposit. 
Look a very old dusty shoebox, 
wow!!! is it Ralph our pet blue fox?

Ohmigoodness! I remember when my husband Wil first went to live at the care center. I was cleaning out his closet and found a shoe box in his closet. I opened it and found the mummified remains of our cockatiel which I thought he had buried. I was horrified and was afraid to open any other boxes I found. Enjoyed this one a lot. Thanks for sharing. Old houses will be full of mysteries. There will be long locked cupboards and boxes. Only when we open them after years, we come to know that they contain some things which were so dear to us sometime back. All the best dear Paula.
