My Tiny Floret

Satin streaks of sun filter her golden ray
and with a glimpse of beauty float away

Tiny floret
precious floret
carry off my dreams
to bountiful fields of white
where innocence plays
on a sun shiny day

Breeze
glorious breeze
carry her free
show her angelic heights
amid visions of white
pointing towards
star cover nights

Tiny floret
the daisy has called
share your petals
with the world
let go my guiding hand
surround yourself in splendor
and with the new dawn shine

Didn't know that the devil was a woman. Is that why they always say that a women will bring out the devil in you at times?

Oh, this is so wonderful. Daisies (and irises) are my favorite flower, but this reminds me of the progression of the dandelions in my yard - the tufts that fly away. I love it!

I don't believe there is a contest but maybe. I was watching how big my youngest has become as she made her own breakfast and when we went to the park she climbed high up into a tree...thanks Charma...I agree Daisies are beautiful
