My Rainbow
Rare as the perfect diamond
searched for in the depths of
the mountain highlands.
Angelic as the angels above
filled with laughter and love.
Intelligent as can be, showing
me new things that I have
never seen.
Natural beauty as the rose,
cute cheeks and a button
nose.
Beautiful through out the soul
how I got so lucky, I'll never
know.
Obviously brilliant in all you say
and do, I thank God for giving me
you.
Wonderfully delightful in all your
charming ways, you'll always be
my rainbow in all kinds of weather
you bring color to my days.
