My Precious
my precious precious thing
you are such a part of me
my thought, my mind, my dream
you who are my sugar and cream
you are in the heart of me
you fill my thought with special things
like cards, poetry, flowers
and the moon
in my mind there are
machinations
scheming, plotting imaginations
they plan on things
that are suppose to work
but rare are the scenes
that come to birth
my dream, my comfort
my time spent well
in my mind's eye
you are under my spell
we live in a cottage
just me and you
a couch, a fireplace
a pet or two
we often hold hands
and give a kiss or a hug
any small thing will do
a long as it says love
my soul has found it's heaven
the thoughts in my mind
as long as i dream of you
i'll be in heaven all the time
