My One Great Wish Fear Be Gone
Everybody has many wishes in life
but each one will have one great wish
personally, that wish is one so special
causing one to swim among other fish
To be free of fear in anticipation
the fear of speaking has its grip
for each occasion, my tongue is to open
tension holds you back from taking a dip
There's a dryness that develops within
as you anticipate what you will say
to be released and freed to speak
if only but hold on for that day
Whether that day will ever appear
only God knows whats my destiny
but be rid of that awful fear
that would be peace indeed for me
Indeed maybe only a prayer away
God's leanings could be pushing on me
taking a swerve down the divine way
live in hope that wish be your plea
