My New Life
2.9.10 A poem I wrote after I meditated.
This is the beauty of my life.
Where I am safe and sound.
Where I am loved, and I love.
Where I give, and I receive.
For this day is beautiful.
This day is the beginning
Of my new life
I feel rejuvinated everyday
Everytime I hear that stream
High in the mountains
My gratitude and awe grows stronger
And I feel closer to God
Everytime
I am here, my Lord.
I am where I wanted to be
All my life
Meditating and praying to you
Feeling your presence
All the time
Every second of everyday
My power of love grows stronger
And I feel more alive.
I am in love again.
With the Earth, and with my life.
My gratitude and awe
Is at its highest peak.
For I have climbed to the top.
And I see the clouds of heaven
Before me
You are there watching me
Waiting, and smiling.
Tears of awe run down my face.
I love you, my God
I love you with all my heart
And all my soul, my God
For this day is the beginning
Of my new life.
