My Life Is Mine
I would live the way I want for my life is mine
I don’t hate the sun if for me it doesn’t shine
If my days are dark and I fall on the roadside
You don’t ask why, leave no chance to deride
You make your judgement the way you want
My say on my own life you don’t like to grant.
It has been quite long that we’ve been friends
In rain and in shine we were holding our hands
Time came when apathy sprang from closeness
To me dancing to your music made little sense
I drifted with no rancor, knew how life works
I could feel how in your dark mind hatred lurks
You may choose to hate me but can’t ignore
For you would dream my loving face I am sure.
