January 23 Scripture Meditations Based on Leviticus 1-5 Key Verse – Leviticus 1:3 If his offering be a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a male without blemish: he shall offer it of his own voluntary will at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD.
MY GOD, THANK YOU FOR TEACHING ME TO OFFER UNTO YOU VOLUNTARILY Thank You for teaching me to offer unto You voluntarily everyday… Here am I bringing to You my best by Your perfection-ray Praying that it’s not blemished with sin-decay But undefiled through Your blood’s cleansing way. Thank You for teaching me to offer unto You voluntarily joyfully… Here am I giving You my utmost wholeheartedly Praying that it’s not second in standard quality absolutely But first through Your divine approval ultimately. Thank You for teaching me to offer unto You voluntarily my sacrifice… Here am I laying unto You my all whenever I arise Praying that it’s not half, falling short of Your price But everything, devoid of any disguise. Thank You for teaching me to offer unto You voluntarily by Your mercy… Here am I submitting unto You my life through Your clemency Praying that it’s not proud, towering upon haughty arrogance But humble, filled with Your goodness-constancy. Thank You for teaching me to offer unto You voluntarily with gratefulness… Here am I yielding unto You my faith upon Your salvation-steadfastness Praying that it’s not obligated with commands and fears’ coerciveness But moved by compassion and kindness’ graciousness. Thank You for teaching me to offer unto You voluntarily by Your invitation… Here am I surrendering unto You my heart for Your transformation Praying that it’s not against Your active conversion But repentant toward Your effective function.
