Thank You for letting me know that You are the LORD, my Deliverer
Whom I should love forever …
You besiege me with Your great power
My life is Yours; I’m Your grateful receiver.
Thank You for letting me know that You are the LORD, my King
Whom I should bow down to, devoid of faking …
You rule over me with Your supreme making
My heart is Yours; I’m Your delighted daughter, Your fellowship, seeking.
Thank You for letting me know that You are the LORD, my Saviour
Whom I should trust in striving for Christ-like behaviour …
You care for me with Your compassionate favour
My soul is Yours; I’m Your ransomed saint toward heavenly endeavour.
Thank You for letting me know that You are the LORD, my Authority
Whom I should obey with sincere humility …
You reign over me with Your triumphant eternity
My spirit is Yours; I’m Your earnest follower Who appreciates Your majesty.
Thank You for letting me know that You are the LORD, my Shepherd
Whom I should depend on since Your life for me You offered …
You guide me with Your cheerful voice, clearly heard
My sacrifice is Yours; I’m Your joyful lamb belonging to Your divine herd.
Thank You for letting me know that You are the LORD, my God
Whom I should serve with my everything – along with my submissive nod …
You own me, granting me life eternal with Your redemptive blood
My faith is Yours; I’m Your worshipful child along Your guarding rod.
