Thank You for being my refuge against backsliding Surely my prevailing armor from offending… You guard me as well as my mind-choosing and faith-deciding Therefore, I rely in You and Your wise guiding. Thank You for being my refuge against arrogance Surely my humbling master from pride’s attendance… You vanquish me of my vanity and extravagance Therefore, I delight in You and Your humbling guidance. Thank You for being my refuge against discontentment Surely my sufficing grace from covetousness’ entrapment… You provide for me along my body fitness and spirit-requirement Therefore, I need You and Your satisfying fulfillment.
