Love me because I am all green.
Love me because I am slimy.
Love me because I love water.
Are you answering with a yes?
You must be a boy loving frogs.
Are you saying no frogs for me?
You must be a girl with a cat.
Frogs are boys fun friends to play with.

Paula, your poem is lovely and seems to float in the air above the clouds and ponds. A boy forever is a perfectly lovely theme!! Being sticky and green, they like ponds more than baths. Best for a win.

Well, I don't know about that because my son nor my grandsons never played with frogs, but my son would catch salamanders, and other creatures in the branches and creeks some he used for fish bait. I enjoyed reading this one, Paula. Way to go. Sara K. 👏✍️
