My Friend, My Love
MY FRIEND, MY LOVE
When first we met, she was my friend
Soon, cupid's arrow flew
She became my love in the end
Because the aim of his arrow was true
She is still my friend and will always be
For the rest of my natural life
But she's more than just a friend to me
Today, she's also my wife
Now life is better than ever before
It reminds me of heaven above
I don't have to dream any more
Since my friend became my love
