My Devils Dance
I can fight you in the daylight hours it's easier
I can take all you throw at me and break it into small pieces
I am strong and I know how to survive now
Come on now come at me fight me I can take it
I am shattered though because I know tonight
My devils dance with me
In the darkness of the night
I will stand up tall, never fall I will beat you
I will take the pain take the fear and send it back at you again
I will overcome you my Will will be strong
Come on now come at me fight me I can take it
But I know that when the day is gone tonight
My devils dance with me
In the darkness of the night
I have suffered your spears I have shed all my tears
I will be strong and stand up to your assault you will not beat me
I know the past is gone and you can't hurt me
Come on now come at me fight me I can take it
I am shattered from the fight and still tonight
My devils dance with me
In the darkness of the night
As the darkness of evening closes in around me
And your assault on me continues unabated
I will stand up to you I will defeat you
Come on now come at me fight me I can take it
Nothing you throw will make me sway but tonight
My devils dance with me
In the darkness of the night
As the midnight hour approaches I will hold no fear
I will breathe deeply and I'll draw on all of my strength to face you
There is no hurt left that you can throw at me
Come on now come at me fight me I can take it
I will never give in I will win tonight
My devils dance with me
In the darkness of the night
So now we play the game the game of fear who is stronger
I will never give in you can visit my dreams I will conquer
Throw your blazing spears I'll quench them with my tears
Come on now come at me fight me I can take it
And no matter what you do to me tonight
I'll dance my dance with devils
In the darkness of the night.
