                                                 Aromas
                                         Mauve lace petals
                                    Wind carry sweet scents
                                           Ravishing balm
                                                Butterfly
                                                 Amour
                                                  Song

                                                   Fly
                                            Come home
                                           Live a dream
                                       Taste sweet nectar
                                      My Butterfly Queen
                                         Excite my heart
                                       Grace my blooms
                                              Enchant 
                                               Thee

Ahhh!! I think those yellow swallowtail butterflies are so beautiful. I don't have a lilac, but I think they would be a nice shrub to have for their scent and beauty. I enjoyed reading your work. Thanks for the visit to my page. Sara

I love lilacs ! We don't have it here. When I visited my sister in the US in one spring, I saw lilacs in white and lavender and fell in love with them ! Lovely poem and image, Debra !

Hi! Vasal, Our neighbor has a hedge of lilacs. When they are in bloom, the aroma is overwheming. They are covered with butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds. Thanks for your comment and for stopping by. Blessings ~ Debra
