My Angel
My Angel
Not so very long ago, an angel came to me. She wasn’t wearing a halo or wings, at least none that could be seen.
Instead she came as a bundle of joy, with eyes wide and bright. This beautiful baby girl, has brought my life light.
So tiny and precious, with so much to learn, a gift from above, it was finally my turn.
My beautiful baby girl, so sweet and rare; there isn’t a girl, that can ever compare.
I never imagined, that something so small, could bring so much joy, to one and to all.
She is my daughter, the best thing that I’ve done; without her beside me, life wouldn’t be fun.
Words can’t express, the love that she brings, all I can say, is it makes your heart sing.
I taught her to be, and all that I know, but she has taught me, that we learn as we grow.
Where ever life takes her, we’ll never be apart; for we are always together, within the heart.
